This tool only reads the chains. It holds no keys and cannot move, refund or resend anything.

You get one answer card per bridge that had something to say. Bridges that were simply not involved are folded away into one line, so the real answer is the one you see.
It never says “not found” to mean “did not happen” — if a source could not answer, it says so and tells you to escalate.
